Drive Automatically powers down if not in use for few minutes

If you happen to meet the following pc problem, your drive automatically powers down after a few minutes of not being in use. If this is your case, the following information can be useful to you.

Your drive is only designed to power down when a command has been issued by the BIOS.

What you can do to solve the problem?

Mostly it is caused when the “Power Management” option in the system BIOS is enabled.
