Job requirements:

Qualifications may range greatly, but the most important qualification is an in-depth block-level understanding of various file systems used, such as NTFS, FAT, EXT2, EXT3. An understanding of fundamental hard drive operation, including firmware operation, is also very important. Experience with the latest data recovery tools is essential.
